That wreck was caused by blocking. Dale went down to the wrecked car after the race and took Rusty's gloves and told him he would give them back to him at Darlington (the next race). A week later, Rusty took blame for the wreck. I have both races on tape and I am sure ESPN interviewed Rusty before the Darlington race and he said something to the effect that Dale had a huge run on him and he should not have tried to block him. I may have to dig that out. But this is no comparison to what Edwards did.
