You wreck somebody going for position, that is a racin deal. That is boys be boys to me. It is solid aggressive driving with the drivers doing what they are paid to do, finish as high as they can.
You wreck somebody, not going for position.... that is dirty and road rage at its worst. It is rage and it shouldn't be tolerated at all. The only exection to that is on short tracks. If you want to pay somebody back for their bad behavior, punt them at a short track. Another great place for spinning somebody is on the cool down lap.
Carl has a history of doing it on pit road and now on superspeedways. He is a serious injury waiting to happen.
