To make a long story short, he got his name back because of a girl he met online. They started talking to each other through IM on a daily basis; she knew it was him because she traced the connection that was CONSTANTLY trying to break into her computer, and it just so happened to be from where he was racing that week. She began to notice people following her, and things that she was doing INSIDE her house, and car, were being discussed on various message boards, and she saw herself on a live SPEED pre-race show on the jumbo tron behind the commentators. She confronted him and he got REAL defensive and cussed her out, AND said "I don't know why you bother editing your IM’s; I can read everything you type."
She told him that if he would just come and see her, she would never speak of this and they could start over. That never happened. She fell in love with him, and he ACTED like he loved her too. She told him that she just wanted answers and did not want to ruin anybody’s career, she just wanted to love him, the way she loved him when they were talking all the time. She is NOT a gold-digger, and honestly wishes that he wasn't who he is, because all it has done is cause problems.
Anyway, back to how he got his name back, she found out about a person that NASCAR had stalked and succeeded in making crazy. It's called gang stalking, corporations use the media and other forms of mind control to go after a victim they are wanting to keep quiet. They wanted to keep her quiet because he is their 
money maker as far as marketing goes, he went along with this plan because he was scared, but he
eventually started to feel something for this girl, and realize how wrong this plan was. She cried daily and thought about killing herself, but she decided against it because she was not going to let this happen to anyone else, or let THEM win. Meanwhile, Jr would communicate with her INDIRECTLY through various media outlets. He would constantly tell her that he loved her, and she felt something for him that she had NEVER felt for anyone. All she wanted was to be with him, but "the powers that be" thought this was a bad idea, she told them that she would sign whatever and vowed to never discuss the REAL story and all of it's UGLY details, but they still would not let them be together. She threatened to go public with everything and basically gave them some demands. The first one was that Jr. get the rights to his name back, which he just so happened to get back THE NEXT DAY, and she wanted the truth. She NEVER asked for money or anything monetary, she just wanted this to stop and she wanted to be with him, but that never happened. She has given him advice on business matters, and been there for him every step of the way, she has been hurt terribly by all the rumors of him and the many girls he has been linked to while this was all happening, but he always tried to reassure her that he loved her. She has not even thought about being with anyone else for almost two years, and STILL vows that all she wants is HIM, nothing more. She truely loves him and has a connection that is hard to find between two people, but she is starting to doubt that they will ever be together, so she is going to have to do what she didn't want to do, tell her story, with all the dirty secrets that go along with it. She has been told by various people that she is NOT making this up, so please don't say she's crazy, she's not. How do I know this, you ask……..because she, is me.
