Sure he asks for it. Everytime he opens his mouth to the media, he asks for it. Whether he's just inherently dimwitted (doubt it) or just young and immature is debateable. But he knows that as long as they're talking about you, that's all that matters. He continues to get his name in the papers for other than on the track stuff. He knows what he's doing.
And for the record, I think he's incredibly talented, but like his brother, is a first class asshole.
