Dale Earnhardt's name was mentioned during Hulk Hogans' son's hearig as part of the sentence!sentence!...

..He received 8 months county jail, 5 yrs probation among other!..

..The Judge used Dale Earnhardt's racing to know the different between a race track and streets!..

Terry B. is close friends with many in Nascar..Still interesting though!..
