That Kyle got fired to make room for another driver. Especially since Kyle did very well last year for HMS. If you went by performance, Kyle shouldn't have been the HMS driver let go (Casey Mears should have been shown the door).
Kyle and Kurt are a lot alike, both got fired for their personalities and not their performance on the track. Their parents raised two complete assholes. Imagine how much money they could have if either one of them had a decent personality to go with all of their racing talent.
