DEI was started 2 years before he married Teresa so it wasn't entirely marital money. Dale's will was written 9 years before he died. At that time his kids were 22, 19, 17, and 3. Come on. He should have updated his will. If we went by wills, Anna Nicole Smith's estate would go to a dead man. Does anyone really think her wishes were to not leave anything to her daughter, which is exactly what her will stated?
