Yeah, Dale did lie if you think he wasn't neglectful. He flat out said that company was for his children. It is on tape.
And here is the thing, Teresa deserved half but when you leave your entire company to a woman who is NOT the biological mother of all of your children, you are screwing your other children. Teresa has no obligation to leave that company to any of Dale's other children. Seen it happen way too many times.
