Sure, and the cops only had a search warrant, not a no-knock. I mean, a box of drugs showed up at the mayor's door...what choice did the cops have, but to ignore what their warrant actually allowed for and kick in the door, guns firing. Those black Labs might have licked or nuzzled one of the cops to death!
