Read the summons. In PA there's a line that says something like "If for any reason you feel you cannot be a fair an impartial juror, or ya have a medical reason etc..." Ya write or call and explain your reasons. I've always gone when summoned, but I sit and read cause the Defense never wants me. Hope this helps ya some.
