nope, actually, it didn't shake things up one bit.

This stuff she did was already in motion is said to be the direction he was talking about DEI headed that he couldn't agree with.

Then the anti-DEI stuff was kinda unexpected with Jr leaving, and that coupled with the economy kinda hurt them, but other than that, all that stuff was all started before Jr left, and from what I heard was one of the reason's he left. Think he really resented the ginn thingy. Can't really blame him for that though.
