Junior has been communicating well this season. He's been very detailed regarding what his car is doing at specific points on the track in the races that I've listened to him on the scanner. I've also heard him get frustrated and cuss a couple times too, but every driver does that. I really don't think McGrew is cut out to do the job. Too many times he's made either the wrong adjustments to the car or he's overadjusted it. Besides that, he's not a big cheerleader on the radio and is not decisive when it comes to knowing what exactly to do to make Junior's car better.
