My guess is, they don't have anyone willing to step up to the plate just yet to take over. They pretty much gave Lance the job last time by default because he was their 3rd or 4th choice...that's a problem when you only hire in house crew chiefs.
I still want to know what Kenny Francis is going to do. Is he going with Kasey or will he stay with Ambrose at RPM?
