I honestly don't think Hendrick is just using him for the money. The 5/88 shop has major issues. BOTH CARS SUCK until you acknowledge that your opinion is worthless. I guess he just has Martin for the money? That's stupid..

I just think Hendrick needs to build a team with guys who want to work for Junior, not who's left over and who isn't good enough for the 48 team. He needs to hire the best person for the job to be his crew chief.

I'm still holding out hope Ray will get out of his contract and go to fix the 5/88 shop.
